How do I determine the best size for me?
Most of our styles run true to size. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page that includes conversions between European and US sizing to help you find your perfect fit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I wash my Taos shoes in a washing machine?
Only our canvas sneakers are machine washable. We recommend removing the footbeds first, washing on a cold, gentle cycle, and allowing them to air dry. Leather and suede styles should be cleaned with specialized cleaners only.
